Well, not really. When I was told that I was going to a new project site about 45 minutes from Montreal, I had no idea I would be at Saint Hyacinthe (pronounced "saint ya san"). It's been almost 8 weeks since I came here. I know a few people were expecting to read my blog about this place. With all due respect to the folks in this town, I have nothing to write home about. OK, so it's known to be a "farming town", at least according to my friends in Boucherville (about 30 minutes from here, towards Montreal). Just smell the fresh air, feel the peace and tranquility.
Perhaps it's because I'm more into big city environment. Montreal is great. Shanghai is awesome, and I'd kill to work in Manhattan. Meanwhile, there's a lot of work to do for this project, and it's just as well being in a small town with nothing to do. So I started tracking where we eat in this town.
I need to get a life!
